"Staff were very friendly and helpful, particular the young man. Within walking distance too many restaurants and bars. Older rooms but very clean rooms. Stayed twice on our visit to Tassie and would stay again. "

"we were lucky and were upgraded to Kensington suite. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed a lovely dinner at the terrace restaurant. Thank you for the service. the only downside was the parking. It is very remote for the hotel and not only guests park there. I noticed that casino customers were using the guests car park making availability very difficult."

"We had a short overnight stay before flying out the next day. We were offered an upgrade which was a nice surprise when we checked in and we were extended a delayed checkout before our flight which was very convenient. The room was comfortable and provided al amenities we required. The location was convenient to the Gorge. The only downside which was minor was the location was noisy with road traffic. "
