If you are looking for typical air-conditioned home, you might be disappointed. The pool is small, but coming to Berlin is not the place to stay in a pool. "We thought the house was great. Built only a few years ago, with everything clean and top quality. The house is nicer in reality than in the pictures! The owner was very friendly and quickly fixed a minor problem we had with one of the appliances. The house is on a private track in the forest, with quiet neighbours either side, with a large garden, decked patio and pond. It's a 45 minute drive into Berlin city centre, or 20 minutes to the nearest S-Bahn from where it's about 30 minutes by train....

"Great place. All the amenities you need for a week stay with family. Not to far from tram line, would recommend car hire as it’s about 30-40mins from Berlin city, closest shops are about 30 mins walk away. No air con, house is made of wood so does get hot in the day, got the pool to cool off tho so it was fine."
