"Although the room was clean but there are many problems there! 1. There is no reception or front desk, sometimes they had someone speaking French only! 2. The area is super noisy, I couldn’t sleep those nights due to lots of homeless outside, very loud talking or screaming 3. Breakfast is nothing, there is a restaurant 150m away offering coffee and croissant only!! 4. The safe is not attached to wall or any shelf, somebody can open the door and take the safe easily! 5. I didn’t feel safe there...

"Such lovely people run this b&b! Very authentic, lovely breakfast on a charming terrace, very comfortable bed. Air conditioning was welcome as it was very hot when we were there. Downhill walk into Cannes about 10 mins. Uphill back a little more punishing to walk in the heat, but I did notice a bus stop nearby. Casual, welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely return. "

The place was absolutely beautiful and the essence of French culture, the staff made us feel like family, the room was top notch and so clean with daily cleaning by the owners. They were so accommodating, helping us with our bags and making sure we had everything we needed. "Villa Colina is beautifully located in the hills close to Mandelieu. The view is amazing and the pool and deck are spectacular. The rooms are comfortable. Jean-Philippe is excellent host and does everything possible to make you feel at home. He provides breakfast every morning and is always available for questions. Highly recommended if you want to visit the area close to Cannes and Nice. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Colina. "
