"My family had a blast at Natra Bintan. This resort is very family friendly, all the staff are very polite and helpful. We signed up the kids activities package with Treasure Bay, if you are hotel guest, you will enjoy 20% off discount which is a really good deal as you can utilize the voucher for 2 days span. We also love the food at the hotel, kids eat for free and there is a good variety of choices. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely revisit again in the near future."

"Cassia is a nice and value for money resort if you plan it right. It provides everything you need, but for a price. Luckily, the rooms come with kitchenettes. Thus, if you come from Singapore, you can bring food with you to cook basic meals - particularly helpful with children. The hotel has a "minimart" as well. There are no shops around the resort. The beach is excellent and the pool is nice, albeit small. You can use the facilities of Angsana and Banyan Tree as well. But there is no need as they are older. Food quality is OK but the prices are above Singapore chain restaurant prices (around 20 SGD per meal). Suggest to only consider during 50% off happy hour). Breakfast is nice and - surprisingly - better quality food than a la carte orders. Although they say that breakfast in Cassia and Angsana is the same - Angsana had more variety and was better prepared when we were there. As a guest, you can choose to have breakfast in either of them. The Kids Club is excellent. The kindergarten teachers actively engage with the kids and do handcrafting with them. Our kids loved it. It's probably the biggest reason for us to come back."

"The Sanchaya exceeded all our expectations. It was absolutely spectacular from its location to its beautiful buildings and grounds. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and the food was beyond superb. We stayed at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore before coming here and I would say that The Sanchay far surpassed Raffles, which is knowns as one of the top hotels in the world. I can't recommend this hotel enough."

"The staff at the ferry terminal pick up and concierge are very helpful. I don’t remember all the names but Ode helped us with the bags while we cycled to the hotel. Food wise Indonesian food is great and breakfast choices are many. View from the pool is amazing."

"Nice to spend good time with the family"

"The staff from the driver to the reception were phenomenal! It was not highly rated because it is an older villa, but for the price compared to other villas it is exceptional! Our driver Iskandar took us for lunch at a local place that was good and cheap. The reception offered to purchase belinjo chips for us at the market so we don't have to pay tourist prices. the property is close to Lagoi beach where there are cheaper local restaurants and cafes. The pool at the Signature villa is nice and big. There are also 2 bathrooms with 2 separate bathtubs and showers for our 2 bedroom villa. The cleanliness level could be improved, but all in all we had an enjoyable stay."

"There are not much places to visit in the surrounding area. Even the small shopping area whereby only transport is via the resort & many shops were closed. 😓"
