"It was a wonderful property. The only issue is there are a lot of stairs, even if you take the elevator we still had to do stairs to get to our room and there were stairs in our room. If you stay here, note if you have issues with stairs so they can put you in a different area."

"Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very small and outdated. floorboard was broken in area and floorboards needed paint badly. Beds were clean and comfortable and bathroom was clean. If rooms were a bit updated this would be a fabulous little affordable gem super close to Schiecentrale Event Center. "

"Stayed in a higher level room with a view of the canal. Happy with the room and the hotel is very near to the centre of Rotterdam and public transport (trams, trains, buses). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is relatively simple and the same every day, but there's something for everyone. The restaurant is very nice and does evening meals, though we only ate breakfast there. I would happily stay at the H2Otel again."
