Beautiful pool ,private,clean, beds were great, updated bathrooms, airconditioning, kitchen with everything you could need.The location is so central to everything and so safe.Not to mention the patio and beautiful garden. The host,Beatriz communicated from the minute we booked,gave reccomendarions, every message was returned in a few minutes.We are so sad to leave.It was a truly fabulous experience. "Beautiful Villa situated in an amazing place. ONLY downside for us is that we have quadriplegic 7 year old little girl and there are 42 steps to the property. They are not all in one go, there are twists and turns but she has to be carried. The view alone discounts that issue. The service received from the pool cleaners to the Villa cleaners was second to none, they were all brilliant. Highly recommend"

"Wir (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder im Alter von 6 und 10 Jahren) haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Xalina wahnsinnig genossen. Der Check-in verlief sehr einfach über eine Schlüsselbox. Die Villa ist sehr gross und mit allem eingerichtet, dass es für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Es hatte genügen Duschtücher und sogar Badetücher für den Pool, so dass wir nicht die Strandtücher gebrauchen mussten. "Très belle maison avec du potentiel très bien placée mais pas d’entretien : odeur de renfermé, piscine très sale à l’arrivée, 2 climatisations sur 4 qui ne marchent pas, pas d’eau dans la maison chaque soir de 21h30 à 24h pendant l’arrosage automatique extérieur, chasse d’eau qui fuit( réparée par la personne qui vient entretenir la piscine une fois dans le séjour), très difficile de trouver la maison à l’arrivée car le numéro de l’adresse est faux ( 65 au lieu de 12). "Nous avons été très satisfait de cette location que nous recommandons vivement. Très belle vue sur la plage de Son Bou. Situation géographique idéale pour rayonner dans l'île. Climatisation douce. Piscine partagée avec 2 autres appartements mais peu fréquentée."
