The location was a short walk from the local Spar and the town which had superb restaurants. It was the ideal base for exploring - tram to Port De Soller was an experience as was the train to Palma. "Really well laid out property, with all the things needed for a weeks stay (including filter coffee machine, modern gas BBQ and a nice pool) Plenty of towels and a really good living space. Suggest researching the turn off if arriving in the dark, as it's not too easy to spot until you know it. Very private location, and set back a decent way from the road, which makes it easy to get to and from PDP / Pollensa. Supermarkets 2 minutes away and a bus stop walkable if you don't feel like taking the...

"The property was exactly as described on the website. We were delighted on arrival and thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay, making the most of the well equipped kitchen and outside cooking and dining spaces. It was fabulous to be within a short drive of both Puerto Pollença and the fascinating old town, with a range of restaurants. With a supermarket nearby to buy regional Rośe wine as well as historic buildings to explore, our visit was a great success. Would strongly recommend booking....

"Apart from the excellent pool the villa was a huge disappointment. In much worse condition than the pictures indicate the bathroom floor was made up with loose and badly regrouted tiles - dangerous to walk on and impossible to keep clean; the kitchen was very old, the fridge rusty and only the absolute minimum of utensils were provided many of which were broken. Worse still the kitchen windows were impossible to lock closed and the external shutters had no catch on one window - consequently it...

"Only disappointment was the fact that the sun only makes it into the courtyard and pool area between about 11am and 4pm due to the adjacent high buildings. I guess not surprising due to its central location."
