"A great, very bright and open flat on the top floor with beautiful views and a sunny terrace. Plenty of wonderful restaurants within a few steps of the building and a sandy Beach right out front. The local trolley runs by throughout the day, giving you a quick ride around the port or into the town of Soller. This was a great spot for my family of four and we would definitely return! The host were responsive and kind to any requests we had. The place was even nicer than in the photos."

"We have just had a fantastic weekend in Palma staying in Loft 5. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean & was in a great location for exploring the city. A couple of supermarkets close by and plenty of shops, cafes & restaurants in walking distance. We loved spending time on the roof terrace overlooking Palma. Great communication with the host, we would definitely recommend staying at Can Rubi. "

"The flat was super great- incredible views, peaceful location, small but felt spacious and easy to check in. Had most things you need in kitchen and house, washing machine, washing up liquid, plates etc available, although you do need to bri bf your own loo roll and oil, salt and pepper , shampoo and tea etc . "I was worried at first when I booked as there was only 1 review, but this apartment is fabulous and I highly recommend it. Apartment Amazing apartment, it's modern, clean and new. Just like the pictures. Small hob, microwave oven with basics utensils, washing liquid, bin bags and cleaning cloth. They also provide tuppaware boxes. Large fridge and plenty of storage. Good walk in shower (but toilet and showers have glass doors with large gaps). Big comfy beds with a balcony. Aircon worked well....

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely perfect, an easy walk for the beach, lots of restaurants, cafe's, ice cream. View from the balcony is lovely. Our teenagers having their own room, and plenty of space to relax. A few things weren't working, Netflix/TV channels, and the beds were not very comfy, but the price represents good value. Host was very easy to communicate with. "

"We chose this property for the views and we weren’t at all disappointed. Stunning! We were prepared for the trek up to the apartment from the beach but only because we read this in a review. It really needs to be made clear in the description and that there are approx 220 steps to the apartment, as that would be completely unsuitable for some. For us, the view at the end made it all worthwhile."

"Everything during our stay was close to perfect! From the communication before hand to help us navigate the travel requirements on the island, to it being in the most ideal location we could think of. "Biniaraix was the perfect location for our week’s walking in the Serra de Tramuntana. We could walk straight onto the GR221 from the village and it was also an easy walk into Soller. Ca’n Ferru is a lovely old house with the most stunning terrace giving breathtaking views. It was well equipped with comfortable beds. "3 generations of our family ventured to Bella Vista this June. Beautifully traditional Spanish villa. Views were amazing!! Biniaraix is a lovely place. We’ve been to this part of Majorca many times before so the location away from Puerto Sóller didn’t put us off. It is hard to get to by car and parking is limited but if your happy to be adventurous & also walk to places it’s definitely a little piece of paradise xxx"
