"The staff is great, room was clean and spacious Only downside was when they offered me an airport pickup for 450,000 when it is 3km away and a Grab taxi is only 63,000. If you are a tourist there is not much around there, either walk a lot or Grab taxi everywhere."

"First time renting an apartment for my stay in Vietnam. It was better than I expected. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living space. Easy to find and access plus good location. Close walk to walking street. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants something different than a hotel. "

Tried contacting via phone and email for days for refund. Accomodation was already paid. Lost our money. Security tried calling and cannot get to them. Total scam. "The property itself was nice. My room was lovely and had everything I needed. The check in process was horrible causing me to have to book another accommodation. The arrival email was never sent to me. So I didn’t receive the entry code for the front door (as there is no reception). I arrived at 7pm w chick is a very reasonable time to expect someone to pick up the phone. However they did not. It took 7 attempts and Facebook messages the following day to get in. The WhatsApp number doesn’t work...
