"Overall experience was great with amazing company, however many small touches can make the property exceptional. The property is immediately next to the owner which we were not aware of, but this would have been useful to know particularly for the check in process. The house needs a good clean. It is full of dust in many obvious areas. Doors don’t close. Not everything was as advertised, for example the hammocks were missing. We ran out of toilet paper after 3 days. "Francois was accommodating and helpful. We didn’t realize no taxis run on weekends so we were a bit stranded at the train station. Luckily, Francois and his friend swooped in and made sure we were transported safely to the chateau. The building, room and property were wonderful and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend."
