"This was our second time staying at Hotel Emma. It is a small hotel with large rooms, a nice breakfast area and a lounge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in looked like the bathroom had just been renovated. The hotel in conveniently located on the main shopping street so that we were able to walk to restaurants and activities. I highly recommend Hotel Emma."

Your company really needs to send out the codes via email as well for the travelers who don’t get the sms messages. Fortunately, as we were trying to figure out how to contact someone the manager was leaving and helped us get our code. This man was wonderful, very friendly and a real life saver! "
