"Our family of 5 had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. Our teenage daughter claimed the loft area for herself, while our two younger kids each had their own bedroom. My wife & I had the bedroom downstairs, which was great for peace & quiet. The house is very new & modern, and we loved sitting outside around the fire pit - roasting s’mores and enjoying the nights. Could not have picked a better property!"

"The view off the sunroom is fantastic. We loved watching all of the humming birds feed and lots of other birds. Very peaceful. "

"Really enjoyed our stay. Hurt my back packing and loading the car, and then the unpacking. But the home was really nice. Loved the furniture. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the golfers, remembering my golfing days. Loved waking up every morning to the sounds of the birds. "The view of mountains was beautiful. Enjoyed game room, especially the Air Hockey. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of privacy for all 10 family members. "

"Everything exceeded our expectations at this place! We enjoyed every moment there! We actually got meals to go and took them back to the house because we loved it so much! The hosts were excellent! Will definitely come back if we’re ever in the area!!!"

"We had a very small(11 people) short wedding reception. The house was beautifully decorated, and was perfect for what we needed. Michaela communicated well. I will say VRBO may need to revamp their payment system a little. I got so many duplicate emails from them, some saying they had not received payment When it had already been paid and confirmed, so not sure what was happening with that. "

"Wonderful property on the lake with tons of stuff to do nearby if you like hiking, kayaking, boating, fishing, etc. We even visited the zoo and Topgolf in Little Rock. The house was exactly as described with tons of extras. The hot tub and zip line were nice, too! Thanks for a lovely trip."

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in the US - we didn’t know that before going, but it made the experience really cool! The whole area is quiet, well kept, and very nature-y! It was just a short drive to hot springs national park. "
