"I had several issues in the room that resulted in three Maintenance calls (I’ve never had that happen before!) in each case they arrived within 2 minutes and addressed the issues. They were polite and respectful. For that service alone I would return to this hotel. "

"Check in was quick and easy. Although Expedia did not disclose the nightly parking fee I did know about it before hand from reviews. There is a sign at the front desk and the girl checking me in did remind me so that was nice. There is a $50/room deposit fee for liability that I also didn’t know about but it was no big deal. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable for our party. Breakfast was served the following morning and they kept up with food so I have nothing to complain about...
