"I chose this apartment for 2 reasons - free parking and 24/7 registration. Non of the perks were there. No information about parking and lady in registration - did not understand my questions about parking, she insisted that the instructions will be there only if I have booked parking. "We stayed for 3 nights in November. The apartment was right in the old town, close to market square with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. The flat was perfect for our needs . We found check in a bit tricky as instructions were in Polish and on google translate they came out a bit unclear. "This was a spotlessly clean apartment in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk from Cathedral Island. "Beautiful apartment, very close to the city centre. The access to the apartment is a bit confusing at first, taking different elevators as the units are connected and located through outside bridges. Would definitely stay again!"

"I had a fantastic and big room on the 5th floor. It had a tea kettle and excellent tea choices. The bed was super comfy. I also appreciated having ample space to hang my jackets. I slept really well, but the area around the hotel can get very loud on the weekend. Some of my colleagues who had different rooms complained about the noise. It was not an issue in my room. "

Would stay again!

"Hotel was a great location for getting the bus from and back to Wroclaw airport, which was one of the reasons we chose it. It's a straight walk to the main square, about 10 to 15 minutes. Also a mini market across the road (and a little one in the hotel). Rooms were quiet- didn't really hear any outside noises or people in the halls. The standard room had a frige and kettle, which was handy. On check in we were advised cleaning was by request to keep it eco friendly. Fine by us and we were only staying 2 nights so didn't need it. The housekeeper did ask us when we saw her in the hall if we needed anything. Only slight negative thing i would say is that the pictures of the standard room didn't reflect what we got. The bathroom pictures were accurate but the wallpaper in the room was less modern- i guess some rooms have been upgraded. Not really an issue, just not as pictured. Would stay again! "

"Excellent service. Cleaned daily, good quality rooms, reception were very polite / helpful. Really pleasant stay Advise if you come in from the airport via bus is have google maps on and just jump off when it gets to half a mile. Did so at 11pm and its quite safe and much easier than the instructions on the website "
