"This was an EXCELLENT stay at unbelievable value. The hotel markets itself as a budget option so I was not expecting perfection but it has certainly got to be one of the best budget stays I've ever had. My room was enormous with a comfortable king-size bed. Free tea/coffee/hot choc, very helpful and reaposive staff, great shower, massive TV, and great location for my onward journey. I have no complaints really other than I checked in late at night which in that area can be a bit daunting but that's also beyond the hotel's control. I'd absolutely come back if I travel via Luton Airport again. Thank you! "

"Fire alarm went off about 12.15? No problem somebody did not shut the door when having a shower !! Nice to know the alarm works lol hotel . Com showed breakfast included but hotel said not ? But did provide the free breakfast Stay here every time I visit never had a bad stay,new restaurant layout very nice "
