Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen. An die Promenade und zum Meer sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt alles was man benötigt in unmittelbarer Nähe (Bäckerei, Supermarkt etc). Für unsere Kinder war der Skate- und Bolzplatz ein großes Highlight. Es empfiehlt sich Fahrräder mitzunehmen oder vor Ort auszuleihen,...

"La villa est spacieuse, fonctionnelle, bien équipée et propre. La piscine est agréable et les alentours joliment décorés. Tout y est pour des vacances réussies. "

"Nous avons passé une bonne semaine de retrouvailles familiales. Maison bien bien restaurée bien équipée en vaisselle et cuisine et surtout au calme et proximité plages et centre village . Quelques finitions à envisager ( VMC dans WC, portes serviettes dans salle de bains, entrée via portillon, etc) . A renouveler l'an prochain ? "

"It is a beautiful typical "Landes" house, on a huge park, ideal for gatherings with family or friends. The house is huge and very pleasant to live in. We appreciated the size of the rooms and the large, perfectly equipped kitchen area, equipments and games for children, the number of bicycles and the access to cycle paths."

"This quiet, spacious gîte is located in the former stable of an old French manorhouse, between the corrals of a riding school and a huge lakeside park. For lovers of rural French countryside the place is ideal. The only downside is an intermittent odor from the Mimizan papermill several miles away; we noticed it on two days of our one-week stay. Mimizan plage and the ocean are just 8 km away and easy to reach by car. Kitchen and bathrooms are modern and well equipped, the dining and living room...

"The house was well represented except the extensive mold under the sink and along the walls on the first floor. That floor felt very damp during the whole time of our stay. In addition, there was no sink in the entrance way bathroom. This normally is mandatory. We would not stay there again."
