"Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Sowohl Innenstadt von Mimzan-Plage wie auch das Meer sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen."

Onbegrijpelijk vind ik het extra taxeren van WiFi en TV-gebruik. Dit staat niet vermeld op de beschrijving van het verblijf op de vrbo website. Maar nogmaals, fijn verblijf gehad."

"Nous avions le logement 35, cette maison souffre d'un cruel manque d'entretien. Une fenêtre ne ferme plus, le carrelage se décolle et se soulève par endroit. Il manque beaucoup de choses (5 cuillères à soupe pour un logement de 6/8 personnes, pas de sèche cheveux, les casseroles sont pour des familles de 4 maximum). Un bon point pour les oreiller qui étaient neufs. Le personnel de la réception n'est pas très aimable."

Das ließe sich beheben, aber das will der Anbieter nicht. Die Sauberkeit der bisher zwei Wohnungen ließ jeweils sehr zu wünschen übrig: viele Staubweben an der Decke oder hinter dem Bett. Preislich ist aber alles top: drei Wochen für 1200 Euro ist sehr ok für den Ort "

"Lovely, well equipped property in a fantastic location. The owner and local representative were both very quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay."

"You should know that in this "hotel" you have to do everything yourself including cleaning the bathroom, make your own bed, broom and clean floors and take out trash that is 5 min walk from your apartment. In addition bring your own shower gel and shampoo as it's not provided either. When leaving you need to take your sheets with you and take it to their laundry. Zero service is provided. "

"Decor is awful ie the colour scheme! Otherwise convenient hotel for travelling to Spain. Has McDonalds next door plus another more formal restaurant. Rooms ok and reasonably comfortable. "

Fabulous family holiday

"What a wonderful home for our holiday. The mobile was spacious, had all the necessary amenities, was clean and in a great location. The holiday park was amazing, the pools are great for children and there was lots of activities to do. The owner was friendly and helpful. We had ana amazing stay, highly recommended."
