"The property is new and the design of the hotel is well thought out and the furniture and bed and amenities are all world class. The location is in a new development so it is a little out of the way. Bangalore traffic is a concern if you need to go into the city. Outside of the hotel there is not much going on. There is a mall that you could consider as an activity. The staff is great and they make you feel at home. They are very attentive to your needs. The breakfast was included and was quite extensive and everything tasted great. Again the staff at the restaurant are very helpful and have a high regard for hospitality. Overall we loved our stay at the Leela Bhartiya city."

"This was my first trip to India, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Three callouts from my stay.., 1). I was amazed by the food variety at the breakfast/lunch buffet. This was well beyond the typical eggs, sausage, and hasbrowns you’d find at a hotel buffet in the US 2). The staff was attentive and friendly. I received regular queries from their Guest Ambassador, Pritisha, via WhatsApp throughout my stay and a handwritten note and bowl of fruit from her on my last evening 3) The rooftop pool area was a serene respite with beautiful views of the city"

"Wonderful funky hotel 15 minutes from the airport. Enjoyed the included dinner and breakfast. Breakfast had so many choices. Terrific staff and good size rooms. Not cheap but a thoroughly comfortable experience when you are far from home."

"This was very convenient for an overnight stay in Bangalore 10 minutes from the airport . Arnab checked me in and double checked with me late at night to confirm what time I would like a taxi at the next morning. He also helped me out as I had no Indian rupees for the taxi, he paid for it and I reimbursed him in dollars. I think he went over and beyond to help me."

"We were on a family holiday for the first time in Bangalore! This hotel is absolutely stunning and amazing, from the minute we checked in, so seamless and very efficient. Reception staff were so helpful and informative and welcoming. The staff at reception had an abundance of knowledge of the area and offered us advice on must see sights in Bangalore! Great location and only 30 mins from the airport. It's around 40 mins into Bangalore city centre. Security staff at the Entrance are so helpful and always take care of our bags and luggage without us having to even lift a finger! I would like to mention Keshav - security staff was ever so kind and helpful and very professional. The hotel is modern and trendy with a touch of class! Very spacious and elegant. Plenty of lounge spaces and decorated creatively with attention to details. Rooms are great size and has plenty of facilities. Chef Narayana and Chef Ajay Negi would go over and beyond to make our meal times extra special! Nothing was too much trouble for them. Chef Ajay Negi and Chef Narayana exceeded all our expectations and should be recognised for their fantastic culinary skills as chefs and for their absolutely delicious food and desserts and catering for the Jain Diets. Ajay Negi is an asset to Hyatt Centric Hotel, Hebbal, his service and professionalism is truly outstanding! At the Cosmo restaurant we were greeted by the kind and friendly and very professional waiter staff Tesly, Vishnu, Akriti and Zeli. Thanks "

"We had an excellent stay. Reception staff were very accommodating and efficient. Rooms were well maintained. Washroom could use some restoration. Swimming pool was unusable. Staff were awesome. Happy overall. "
