A winding staircase leads up to the first floor, where the boutique style interior design continues complete with a super king size room with a feature sleigh bed and a twin room. Both rooms offer far reaching view across open countryside.
To the rear of the property is a pretty, enclosed cottage garden with a patio dining area that captures the sun for most of the day. However, it is the large private hot tub that is sure to delight. Here you can relax and enjoy the bubbles with a glass of fizz after a long day exploring the local area. A log store and bike/surfboard store sits to the end of the garden. A short walk will bring you into the village of Leven where you can visit the local pub which services real ale and home cooked food, Thursday to Sunday. A 5 minute drive will take you to Brands Burton where you can enjoy other restaurants, watersports or golf. Or a short drive will bring you into the bustling seaside town of Hornsea where you will find a plethora of places to eat and drink as well as several attractions including the Blue Flag beach, a quaint promenade, and a towering Victorian folly. Beverley is not far where you will be able to shop till you drop in the Boutique shops or Flemmingate Shopping centre, or enjoy a meal in one of the many restaurants. Beverley also offers a busy nightlife.
Families will be delighted to spend the day at Bugtopia Hornsea, a tropical rainforest experience where you can meet free flying butterflies, birds, thousands of stick insects, and a variety of reptile species, as well as the attractions of the floral gardens, Hornsea Freeport and Hornsea Mere. For those feeling active, you can walk part of the Trans Pennine Trail on foot or on two-wheels for some great scenery, enjoy a day at Beverley races, or explore the rolling countryside of the Yorkshire Wolds. A little further afield is the ancient walled City of York.
