"What a superb little place, not so little as the dog and I had the house to ourselves. If you want something which is quiet, safe, typically French and within a 10 minute walk of a fab bistro in the village then this is for you. Host was superb, great communication and attention. "The Manoir is a charming, rustic property. A warm and friendly welcome from Marie. Te property is a couple of kilometres from the nearest village so peace & isolation is guaranteed. A refreshing dip in the pool on arrival was very welcome. Marie’s home cooking for the evening meal was lovely with a great selection of wines. The room was on the top floor. Good, comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a great walk in shower."

"We went to the Loire Valley to see the castles in the area. We traveled with our five year old and the pool at this home was a perfect way to end a day of walking and sightseeing. The location is around 25-90 minutes away from the well known chateaus of the area. Breakfast was delicious and Estelle made us feel welcome from the start."

"I wish we had longer to stay. The Château has been renovated with all the modern comforts you need. Lovely bedrooms, big bathrooms and beautiful views across the countryside. Steven is also a friendly and welcoming host who makes the best English tea, his own jams and bakes pastries daily. Nearby towns (10 mins drive) have excellent restaurants also if you want to venture away for a meal, incl a Michelin starred. "

"The most amazing property with superb views, oodles to do for entertainment. The pool and spa facilities are amazing and all the sports equipment were well used by our family group. There was 38 of us, across three generations and we would visit again in a heart beat!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Pierre et Vacances in Loches. The apartment was clean, quiet and quite spacious (for the 2 of us) and we had a nice balcony overlooking the town. The parking was very good and it is a few minutes walk into the town where there are several places to eat."
