"I think this may be my first hotel review but this one was well worth taking the time to write about. The service here is outstanding and everyone there goes above and beyond. They are friendly and knowledgeable and really made a difference for our stay. The hotel design is also very elegant and the pool has a very nice view as well. The service all around from the waitresses to front desk and especially to the concierge made this feel better than the four seasons or ritz. "

"The stay was great and close to everything. They gave us a free guest pass for staying for 4 days where you can get free bus rides within Interlaken and discounts. The food was also really good. This is a good hotel if you are planning to make Interlaken your base city."

"First visit to Switzerland. Absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t fault anything. Stayed in the duplex style room, amazing view overlooking the lake and surrounding mountains. A very peaceful location being so high up. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate in visiting again and staying here. Breakfast was included, good selection, including tea for us brits. 10/10 👍 (one negative, no tv in the upper room of the duplexes) "

"Walking distance from the train station. But there’s a small hill to walk up. They have pizza if you are too tired to go out for dinner. Free sauna which is very nice on the cold days. "
