"Great location, eclectic rustic style. Tall ceilings, natural light. Kitchen well stocked with large island counter top and stools for gathering. Foozball and shuffleboard. Gas fireplace cozy couch and recliner. My only suggestion would be more comfortable beds - one full size bed very cozy, twin beds in other rooms less so. But overall, a wonderful place to stay - I’m definitely coming back! "

There is a trade-off between convenience and the incredible beauty and peace of mountain living. "This stay was a repeat in this rental home and it didn't dissapoint. Home is clean and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. Centrally located for all our Keweenaw travel adventures. Phoenix store is just down the road for little things we forgot to bring with us. Definitely recommend for couple travel when you want a home instead of a hotel. Thank you, Jeff, for your hospitality and easy communication. I'm sure this will be a repeat rental for us in the future."

"3 of us stayed at this location for snowboarding at Mt. Bohemia. The mudroom in the front was great for putting our gear in and keeping it warm and dry. No issues with our stay and the place was very clean and accommodating. The only thing that could be better was the internet connection, but the location is quite literally in the middle of nowehere so we cant complain about it. Overall great stay!"

Jan the property manager was amazing to work with - she responded quickly and was very detailed in her instructions and recommendations for local spots. We brought our snowmobiles and this location is very close to trail 151, plus there was plenty of space for our jeep, trailer, and snowmobile parking.The interior design is beautiful and the front sun room with views of Lake Superior is my favorite part.
