"Located on the shore in Fertilia, a few kms distant from Alghero and, even closer to the airport. A charming property, that was an ideal last night on the island. The room was attractive, spotless, and cleverly laid out. The view over the bay is grand. "We had the most wonderful visit in Alghero and loved staying at Casa dei Luiti. It’s perfectly situated in the old part of the city with easy access to restaurants, harbor and more. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated much to our surprise, very quiet even when the area is busy due to the special insulated windows. Davide couldn’t have been more helpful with suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. Highly recommended. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights it’s a bit of a walk out of the centre around 20 minutes the apartment itself was really clean and the host was friendly. He did however fail to tell us on check in that he was having essential building works done. On the first day all afternoon was the sound of a concrete mixer and Jack hammer. This then started on our last morning at 7.30am - normally if we were up for work no problem but we’re on holiday and feel the host should have mentioned this on check in....

"At first I thought it was located on the beach. It turned out that about 1km further. I was not disappointed - only surprised. However, what I saw after arriving - charmed me. Nature, silence, fresh air and the view! Mountains, grapes, sea in sight and friendly dogs. I would honestly recommend for those who value "freedom"!"

"Daniela and Gianfranco’s house was exactly as shown and described. Located just minutes away from the center of Alghero, it offers a great position for anyone looking for peace and quiet while still being very close to the city. The house is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Daniela and Gianfranco are very welcoming hosts. I will fondly reminisce about the wonderful time I had at the Xiprer house during my dull and grim winter!"
