In the heart of the ski resort with a mountain view, chalet ** including:

On the garden level:
- an entrance hall, a toilet, a bathroom, and the garage.

On the 1st floor:

A fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, veranda, WC, and bathroom.

On the 2nd floor:

Three bedrooms.

Garage capable of accommodating motorcycles or bicycles.
700 m² non-enclosed wooded land
Close to the lake, shops, and ski slopes.
Free shuttle stop nearby during winter season. Possibility of parking 2 cars in the driveway.

Autonomous arrival at the agency, the balance and deposit must be settled in advance.

Options to be requested at booking:

(ATTENTION, our linen kits are biodegradable and disposable)
- Linen kit including:
* Large bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases (30€)
* Small bed: Flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase (15€)
* Bath towels at 5€ each (55 *120), at the end of the stay, take them back with you!

-End of stay cleaning mandatory.

Key handover (arrival and departure) takes place at the Super-Besse agency.

A mandatory deposit of 800€ (not cashed) will be requested. (check or bank imprint)

Pets are accepted for 30€ per animal per stay (limited to 2).
