"I was greeted kindly upon arrival and allowed to check in early which I appreciated greatly. Unfortunately the place wasn’t too clean, I found that my towels were stained and one side of one of my pillows also had some unsavoury marks. I also ended up with some itchy bites on my legs, so there is possibly a problem with bed bugs. "We were really sad to leave Cécile’s home! She is such a kind and thoughtful host. Every morning, after breakfast, she would help us plan our day’s excursions, and just chat with us about families and life. Her primary language is French, so English-only may be difficult, but I’m sure necessary communication is possible. "Germaine was so accommodating and helpful specially it is my first time in Lourdes. She took good care of me. It was such a short visit for me and I always arrived late at night with the activities in Lourdes. She managed my visit well. A few items for improvement, blankets during cold weather, and towels for bathing. Never had the time to ask for these as I left early and arrived late, but am sure it can be accommodated. All in all a nice visit to Lourdes with my thanks to the host."

"Great suite, plenty of room to spread out, and a huge tub. Also the drying rack for towels/clothes was a great touch. I wish you could turn the AC on instead of the preselected heat, but opening the windows this time of year worked very well to get the room nice and cool. Close to the bus stop, not a far walk from the train station (a beautiful walk by the way especially if using the free fenicular) and there was a grocery store also very close. "

"I enjoyed my stay here for the following reasons: Staff members Claudia and Tess made our stay for 3 nites memorable. We had to use an assessable wheel chair that was stored safely every nite. We were greeted friendly every morning and evening, The entire hotel staff were marvelous! I would recommend staying here for your Lourdes experience!!!"
