"This was a perfect property for our family of 6 (4 kids aged 9-15 and two adults)! There was plenty of room and could comfortably sleep even 7. We had a lot of fun with the foosball table, kids had fun with the bunkbeds and we used the kitchen to cook a couple meals. "The house is lovely! It is really comfortable, big livingroom and bedrooms with good bathroom and kitchen that has everything you want. There is a lot of outside space. The house is nicely decorated, the owners have clearly done much more that the minimum. It really feels like staying in a friend's house. The location is great. "Ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen, Bauernhof wenig idyllisch, da Landfahrzeugsbetrieb, daher keine schöne Umgebung. Ferienhaus nur teils renoviert, die alten Fenster ließen sich nicht kippen nur ganz öffnen, Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Garten und Seegrundstück leider ungepflegt. "This place is in a great location on a train route to Munich (45 minutes to Marienplatz), or the other direction to Tutzing, which is a cute lake town worth visiting. Also situated a nice day trip away from Neuschwanstein. For Americans, take your power adapters, there were no USBs to plug into at the place. The dryer has a reservoir that collects water, that is different from American dryers, a tip if your clothes don't seem to be drying. We had fun playing the fussball game downstairs."

"Our visit to Murnau was spectacular! 25 minute drive to picturesque Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The house was very large and had plenty of space for our 2 families, we were a total of 7 people. Free Wifi for all to be connected. We lit the fireplace every night, which added a magical touch for the month of December. We walked every night to our restaurants and to the lake directly from the house. We had a last minute addition of an additional person and it was no problem to make up an extra bed....
