"The area is beautiful. An unspoilt part of France that has much to offer. Jenny our host lives next door to this traditional gite. She met us on arrival and was hugely welcoming. Throughout our stay she advised things to do and places to eat. We kayaked, hiked, climbed and went on the luge. The gite has all things you might need to stay. We often cooked at home. Bedding needs and towels were not provided as part of the rental and we had to pay an extra fee of 50 euro for sheets, pillow case and towels. "From a very warm and helpful reception by M et Mme Planchon, this house lived up to all our expectations. "If you are looking for pure relaxation, this is the place to come! The site is beautiful with good facilities. The local town is charming with supermarkets nearby and a great selection of restaurants. There are some interesting places to visit within half an hour as well as about an hou's drive away. Great information on sights provided at the gite andthe hosts wete very responsive and hospitable - totally recommended!"

"Beautiful property and grounds with lots of sunny spots and shady spots. The pool was beautiful too. We did a couple of day trips out but mostly just chilled out and made use of the pool and table tennis. There was also a tennis court with basket ball hoop but we didn’t use it. Good local supermarkets and we tried the local pizzeria and bakeries - all excellent."

"According to Catherine, we were the first English to stay at the property. Presumably most Brits come to Normandy to see the Beaches and WW2 memorials. But there's so much more - and the very comfortable and well equipped la P'tite Maison provides an excellent base to visit towns like Bayeux, Caen and Falaise (with memories of conquests 900 years earlier), and attractive countryside like the Suisse Normande. Give it a try: we recommend it!"

"Nous avons été enchantés de notre mini-séjour dans ce joli cottage en pleine nature, très propre, spacieux, très bien équipé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la présence des deux salles de bains, des deux toilettes et des très grands lits L'environnement est magnifique avec une vue splendide sur les vallons normands. Et l'accueil de David fut chaleureux. Quoi demander de plus? C'est une superbe adresse à retenir pour nos prochaines visites dans la région."
