"Not going to lie it was difficult to find and 3pm check in is to late, they let me check in early but if they hadn't it would have ruined my trip, found it hard to heat the place up!"

Living room had 3 sofa beds - instructions provided to allow them to be flattened. Apartment was clean. "The apartment was very comfortable. All bedrooms had blackout shutters, which was very nice. Lovely balcony with a pretty view of the towns rooftops and the water in the distance. We had a car so we didn’t use the bus system too much but there is a stop literally right outside the building that will take you all over the city. "Average accommodation. Specifically booked as it said parking available. True but 300 yards away in a multi story! Also was a nightmare to find by car. Inaccessible in actual fact. Air con didn't work either. No duvet for sofa bed. Got glass in foot in the kitchenette. And thought Basel very expensive and average. All in all, a rather forgetable experience. "
