Hotel reception (at Hotel Mastino) were very helpful in terms of guiding us to our destinations. Only issue is that the property is quite a distance from the main train station, so it might be difficult to navigate on foot with luggage."

"A perfect location off of Piazza delle Erbe but removed enough to remain very quiet. We had plenty of space and a great view of the city. Our hosts, Micaela, Nicola, and Sofia, were wonderful and helped us with dinner suggestions and taxi reservations. They stocked the apartment with yogurt, juice, biscuit, cornetto... My husband and I would highly recommend this property to couples or small families. If we ever find ourselves returning to Verona, we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else."

"Federica’s apartment is so beautiful and very spacious. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the crowded touristy spots which was perfect for us. Our apartment was clean but had a really strong floral scent which was horrible for someone with scent sensitivities. The bed was saggy and tge pillows were really flat.
