"Disappointed that the roof top bar was closed, for a private event, on the Saturday of our stay. It was something we were looking forward to it and it had been specifically mentioned in a pre arrival e-mail. A warning that it was closed would have been more appropriate."

"We loved being on the top floor with views. They room was very spacious, bathroom not so much but we had very hot water for our showers. We enjoyed our breakfast of croissants and lattes. Easily walkable for gelatos and dinner. Only 1 mile walk to old town Bern which was so pretty."

"Rooms are very well set up including electrical connections on the desk. We got the slightly larger rooms for slightly more, so rooms were comfy, not too crowded, including the bathroom. Great location for a well kept small, boutique hotel"

"The Kreuz Bern is a short, five minute walk from the SBB Station and two minutes from Bern's main street tram network. Our room was very clean, a good size, well-lit, andthe bedding was very comfortable. There is a connected restaurant which is open late and there is an authentic Italian restaurant right across the street (make reservations). Starbucks is less than one minute away. The Kreuz is a three minute walk from the main Old Town street in Bern and the Zythlogge. And lastly, for those travelers who need some clean clothing, there is a laundry room onsite for a VERY low fee!. We will stay here again without hesitation."
