White bedding and white towels are always a plus. The kitchen and living areas are well equipped and open for entertaining with views to the pool and outside areas. "We showed up at this location and there were people living at the house and we had nowhere to stay for the night. Still have not received a refund of our payment that was more than a thousand dollars 😭 We reached out to customer support and they promised to call us back within 30 minutes and they never did and we ended up staying in a cheap motel because there wasn't anything available at 11:00 at night. This experience will probably turn me away from VRBO for a long time."
