"Lovely B&B, great location about a 10 minute walk into the centre of Bath. We had to Orchid room which was in the basement so quite dark but big room, pretty clean. The first night we had an awful sleep because the bed was so creaky!! I pulled it away from the wall on the second night and it was slightly improved. Staff seemed friendly although we didn’t have much interaction with them apart from checking in/checking out. I would return despite a few little niggles "

"lovely little place to stay, central location within easy reach of the centre. We checked in on the last day of the Christmas markets which is a great time to visit Bath. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Especially loved the en-suite which had a roomy walk-in shower and heated floor. Could be a bit more eco friendly though, the bar of soap was changed daily, as were the single-use mini bottles of toiletries. "

"Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Family room big enough for 4 adults. Host was friendly and a good communicator. Breakfast was a highlight each day. Able to walk to main shopping area and restaurants. Highly recommended. "

"Can't fault the service, the breakfast was great, the staff friendly and they even did us pizza as we was running very late and missed dinner. The room was okay, only negative was the bed was small and you couldn't stand to shower, had to sit in the bath and hold the shower head, but it was fine."

"A really nice place to stay in Bath. It's a great location between the Royal Crescent and The Circus. The room was spacious with a sofa and table and chairs. The bed was very comfortable and the welcome was friendly. I really liked the Sash windows. I will definitely stay here again. The only downsides are the shower isn't very powerful, the towels could be thicker and the lounge with fireplace and honesty bar is permanently shut. Which I would have liked to have used . Maybe take the lounge...

"We stayed here for my husbands birthday weekend Joss welcomed us like family. The room and serivce was amazing We was made to feel so welcome. Joss had a card sent to our room for jons birthday Which was a lovely touch. The area is stunning and so quiet. "Generally a good stay - the apartment is a good size and very comfortable! Lots of good amenities within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Only down side is that the corridors and doors are noisy (You can hear people talking loudly in other apartments down the hall!) so bring ear plugs, and a street light was fixed directly outside the window, and the apartment didn't have blackout blinds so the room was light all night."

"The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !"
