"Really nice property, small but we'll thought and super clean. Staff was really good and friendly. Great location, walking distance from downtown, and great restaurants and coffee shops. As a solo female traveler, I felt a little uncomfortable because there was a group of men chatting, laughing and smoking on the hallways until very late at night and during the day. I assume they were guests as well, but then front desk is not always attended. I visited in November. "

"All of the receptionists were very helpful and accomodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit cups, meat and cheese tray, yogurt and bread. Very convenient to walk to all sights we planned to see."

"We stayed at Student Factory for 3 nights. This is a new apartment block near Gare St Jean. There are parking buildings around or you can find some street parking. The building is a little hard to find at first. The apartment we started in had a bad leak, but they changed us to another one. Nice and warm and good views. Bed was great, very comfortable - kitchen was very basic but had some plates and cutlery and a couple of saucepans. Staff were very helpful and we would definitely stay again. "
