"I came back to hotel late, after a concert, and let myself in through the gate and the side door. But when I got to door leading into the hallway near Room2, I found the lock to be very difficult to open. It took me 20 minutes to get the door open. I thought that I might have sleep on the staircase! 😲"

"Estuvimos muy cómodos y tranquilos. El espacio es amplio y estaba limpio. Aparte tiene cocina para poder tomar café o comer de take away. No se puede cocinar. Lo único malo que podría decir, es que el baño estaba fuera de la habitación pero era solo para nosotros. Y el internet no nos funcionó en toda la estancia. Lo que tampoco pasamos mucho tiempo ahí, así que no nos preocupó demasiado."

"Lovely house with beautiful surroundings, including a beach and a playground all within about a 3 minutes’ walk from the house. Ideal for two adults and two children’s traveling to Berlin for the first time. We had a car and drove into Berlin (and Potsdam) city-center every day for exploration of the city. "We liked that the room is large, clean and that there is a lot of natural light. We disliked that there is a stair leading to a second floor/room that were weren't aware about. We were concerned of the guests upstairs accessing our apartment. Owner was responsive and gave us clarity, however these conditions weren't disclosed when we rented the space. The check in process (finding the apartment by pictures) was tedious and odd as was the shower in the apartment which only had a hand shower that...

"It was just right. Close to bank and grocery. If driving should have google map to find in it,s neighborhood of homes. Owner always open to answer questions- we parked our car and rode train each day to berlin sights. Had frig,stove and dishes. Very satisfied."

"This was a fantastic place to stay. It’s in a great location, right above a Lidl supermarket and very close to two underground stations. There are also plenty of restaurants in the near by vicinity. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There were quite a few basic supplies left by previous occupants I think. The balcony space was a great assist. Although there is no reception desk, the owners were very efficient at responding to emails. I’d stay here again. "

"The hotel is overpriced. Looked better online than it really is. Still a great hotel, though. Clean and comfortable. The gym is not good, very basic and lacks weights. Same as the sauna - it wasn't even working most of the days I stayed there. The phone in the room wasn't working, so I couldn't call the receptionist anytime. The breakfast is VERY average and super overpriced, it also looked much better online than it truly is. The area though is amazing, very central and easy to get around. "

"Great room with a view, I upgraded by paying extra. The hotel is beautiful, just across from the Berlin Main Station, very convenient. Great sauna and spa, Beautiful bar. Only problem is the lack of a restaurant for dinner."

"We booked an apartment that was huge. It wasn’t that well equipped such as no plates just two pasta bowls but we only wanted to prepare breakfast. It wasn’t that much of a problem but one that could be easily improved. We didn’t have a kettle but the staff at the front desk gave us hot water when we needed at as there were no kettles left. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent easy to get around and nice places to eat nearby. You won’t regret booking this hotel it’s pretty much perfect! "
