"A beautiful building in a stunning location, but sadly there was a mix up with my booking and as it was Sunday there was no one on-site, fortunately checking my email I find the key code but no key inside. "What a gem of a hotel! Beautiful exterior, and the indoor decor makes you feel warm and cozy. The owners and staff were so friendly and welcoming we felt right at home. The rooms are spacious, well thought-out, comfortable and immaculate. We opted to pay a little extra to have dinner included; the meal was delicious. Sadly, our schedule only allowed one night's stay; hopefully we'll get to return for a more leisurely visit."

"The owner was so helpful and accommodating as we arrived a little late in the vending and she made sure we had a table and something to eat. Our 2 dogs one adult and one puppy were a little enthusiastic but no issue from the owner. Food was excellent and hoy room was a good size with easy onsite car parking. "

"Great day to watch the cows come home! Surrounded by beauty everywhere, cozy hotel with excellent staff to take care of us. Large rooms with very comfortable beds. Nice pool with Jacuzzi sauna steam room downstairs made for a nice relaxing two nights. Phenomenal. Especially breakfast!!"

"I recently stayed at Active Hotel, and I cannot praise it enough! The staff was incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly throughout my stay. The location was simply amazing, and the views were breathtaking. But what impressed me the most was the bed; it was hands down one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. And let's not forget the stunning pool - an absolute delight. I had an unforgettable experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect getaway."

"Only thing I didn't like was the parking and some cobwebs in my room. That was a mess. That's the only bad part though. Workers were nice, room was nice(other than the cobwebs in bathroom), breakfast was good. The pool had a good temperature and I had a relaxing time in it. They gave you nice bath robes to wear. Also by far my favorite part: Check out it at 1130!! I would stay again for that fact alone"

"Very comfortable flat, the only complaint is that it was actually too warm in the room and we had to keep opening the window to cool off (keeping in mind that it was a ski trip and very cold outside, so better to be warm than cold!) The hotel is 300m away from the main hotel Stubaierhof where breakfast and dinner is served, however this was not a problem. Service is excellent, very friendly and helpful."

"We had a great time at this Chalet as a family. Spacious enough for our family of 5 and comfortable. Just a few minutes' walk to the lifts made it very convenient. Perfect location if you want to use the ski resort. Wil be back for sure. "

"My only complaint was that there was not a mini refrigerator in the room. I had bought some expensive cheese in Rome and was unable to keep it due to this. Wonderful staff and I like that they hire mentally challenged people to help with the kitchen. "
