Vriendelijk ontvangst door de eigenaar. Hij woont in de zomer achter de woning. Je hebt voldoende privacy. Nette woning met goede bedden en vlakbij de fietsverhuur en een bakker. Ruime tuin met prima tuinmeubelen en zonligging. Bergen centrum is 5 minuten fietsen of een kwartiertje lopen. Op de fiets in twintig minuten in Bergen aan Zee en Alkmaar centrum.

Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. 5 Min.mit dem Rad ins Zentrum, Bäcker, Fahrradverleih in 2 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Baumarkt gegenüber war geschlossen. Tolle Terrasse um den Sommer draußen genießen zu können.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Das Haus ist wie ein typisches Wohnhaus in einer schönen und sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Wir sind nicht gerne in Ferienparks, daher war die Lage perfekt. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß war man mitten in Bergen.

Auf dem Foto sieht man die Rückseite des Hauses, das in einer kleinen Seitenstraße etwas außerhalb des Ortskerns liegt. Gegenüber ist eine Art Baustoffhandlung, die schon mal morgens ein wenig geräuschvoll gearbeitet hat (aufladen, rangieren etc.). Ansonsten war es ruhig. Es gibt ausreichenden Parkraum vor dem Haus. Der Vermieter lebt in einem weiteren Gebäude auf dem Grundstück, war super nett und nur zu sehen, wenn man ihn brauchte. Wie sonst eher selten in den Ferienhäusern, hat das Haus ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer wirklich großen Couch. Der Esstisch ist eher klein, zu dritt konnten wir aber bequem sitzen und essen. Die im 1. OG liegenden beiden Schlafräume sind einfach und zweckmäßig die Betten/Matratzen waren gut. Ebenfalls oben liegt das Bad mit 2 Waschbecken, großer Eckwanne, in der auch geduscht werden kann. die Treppe vom EG ins OG ist sehr steil und leicht gebogen. Für Menschen, die wackelig auf den Beinen sind, ist das eher nichts. Und ein weiterer winzig kleiner Nachteil - die Toilette noch kleiner geht nicht. Für große, sehr schwere oder nicht so bewegliche Menschen ist es schon eng. Der in der Beschreibung genannte Grill war nicht vorhanden.
