"There is so much I could say about “Crabtree”.The decorations and attention to detail for the period, were great. And on top of that it was emaculate. Even though it was chilly, the backyard is a great space to spend time with family and friends.The downtown is quaint and Dow Gardens was a joy to walk through.I have no reservations in recommending this property and in the future if we find ourselves back in midland we will definitely stay here again."

"One thing we really liked about the place was the ability to park a boat there as we were there to go fish the Saginaw bay. It had a place to clean fish/game and a man cave - couldn't really ask for more given our goals. "

"We had a great time! Spent most of our time in the Garage Bar watching College Football playing all the games. Plenty of room for everyone. I would love to see a bathroom in the garage bar in the future. Thank you for a great weekend."

"We just love this home more each time we stay! So comfortable and relaxing. The 'feel like' temperature outside was '14' but the home was warm and cozy. We watched the wildlife attracted to the bird feeder as well as the flowing river. Everything imaginable to prepare and cook a large meal.Thanks for renting to us."

"A great ice fishing weekend with some family and friends! We arrived on a Friday to one a foot of snow in the yard, with a clear driveway and walk. Dave and Karen were in constant communication leading up to the stay, and knowing that we were coming to fish, had a path plowed through the snow to the lake for ease of entry. The house was perfect and we had a blast. The lake is full of fish (we kept 95 gills and crappie). Overall a great weekend and I think a summer stay would be even better at...

"Our trip was really nice and relaxing Mark was really helpful easy to communicate with and he helped us with everything we needed.cabin was clean,cozy, exactly like the pictures ,mark thought about every small detail in the house so he can save u trip to the store ,overall our stay was relaxing kids had fun Im looking forward to rent it again thank u mark!!"

"Very clean and cute decor. Stayed for 2 nights as had a medical procedure at the hospital. Very easy access to freeway. Doug and Kim really take it to the next level with all the thoughtful extras. Very nice property!"
