"Small but fully equipped - has everything needed to serve as a home base for enjoying the desert and the national park. It’s a stones throw from the National Park, quiet and out of the noise of Tucson. But it’s not remote, and you’re still a short drive from groceries, restaurants, etc. The host Frank is helpful and responsive."

"Nice location and hosts. Practically brand new, I believe we were second users. Very private and clean. About 15 minutes from U of A Campus. Good communication with owners and would definitely recommend this place to others. Has a Krupp machine for coffee and full kitchen although we did not cook in it. Great private access "

"We were looking for a place to stay near Tucson and noticed the listing for this fantastic casita. Everything you see in the listing is there, plus so much more. My wife and I commented how we wish we could extend our time in Tucson and stay at the casita longer. The location was perfect, just outside the city. "We very much enjoyed a two week stay at Dan and Amber‘s foothills Casita. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants, with excellent views of the foothills desert and an overlook at Tucson. The sunsets were beautiful and we saw havelinas on the front steps at breakfast. The casita was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. It offered a very comfortable bed and living room furniture with a nice fireplace. We highly recommend this Casita and this is definitely a five star rental....

"We just spent a wonderful weekend in Tombstone and there is no doubt Katie's Cozy Cabins is the place to stay! These cute cowboy bunkhouses (think Yellowstone without the wild barrel racer gals) are very clean. Katie's is close to downtown while far enough away to be quiet when you want to rest. Staying in standalone cabins means you're not awakened by rowdy parties in hotel hallways or the fighting couples next door. Regina's communication is excellent - she made sure we were comfortable...

"This is a great location and the set up is such that it is almost as if you are in your own little cabin. I would note that the buildings are historical in nature and are missing a few modern touches such as a place to plug things in close to the bed. It is entirely manageable but just a thing to note. "
