"Clean, spacious, and comfortable home. Behind the backyard fence is road so traffic can sound noisy at times. The morning was peaceful though wrong birds singing and a river water sound flowing. Beds and couch were comfortable.Somethings to know about the house. It was difficult to get to. Maps took us to the street behind the house and the road is fenced off and unable to turn in. "This was our 3rd stay at this property. It is immaculate and has everything you could want. The deck overlooking the woods and babbling brook is the highlight of the property. We normally go when it is warmer so we didn’t get to enjoy the deck as much this time because it was chilly. It is very peaceful, relaxing and close to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc. "

"Great stay from start to finish. We booked this for a trip with friends to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. Communication with Tom was great. Was able to checkin a little early and allowed us to have ballons delivered before our arrival for a surpise for my husband. Plenty of space for 11 adults. Overall a great time."

"This home was ideal to celebrate my daughter's birthday with her friends! We enjoyed the location, and cooking up a feast. The dock was off limits because of the seasonal rains, however this news was communicated to us ahead of time and we made adjustments as to where to access the river and it did not impact our enjoyment for a long weekend. The girls loved the hot tubbing under the stars. Thank you for having us!"
