"We have stayed on many occasions so we are very familiar with the hotel. After a 6 hour drive from Como we wanted to have a meal and as we have a dog couldn't eat in the restaurant so I went down to the bar and ordered room service. "Nice hotel, very smart. Very central for hbf and clean. Good breakfast. Two issues for me is that they wouldn't check me in before 3 pm when the hotel was clearly half empty and two an interconnecting room door wasnt locked, so a tennant of the next room walked in while I was taking a shower. Massive security and privacy breach, which was just shrugged off. They did lock the door after that though."
