"Pros: - Great location - Nice pools - Lovely scenery Cons: - There was a tv show being filmed when we arrived and there was no warning of this. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but they took up all the parking spaces and left us having to PAY to park underground. If you're going to have a TV show on then fair enough, but to make me pay for parking is bonkers - Staff were a bit blunt, again not a huge issue. But did make me feel a little unwelcome"

"Hotel typical for half board/all inclusive. Hotel room fab sea view. Own lounge with bedroom. Staff on reception and luis Vanessa very friendly in the bar. The restaurant manager (man) very good and witnesses v friendly except two who told me off for taking my coffee to the terrace. Restaurant a lot nicer when they were not working. Ran more efficiently, less chaos. Area is pretty but disappointing as in the middle of nowhere. La Mata is pretty but very little there. Torrevijeca is as usual...

"The location of the Hotel is excellent with great transport links to the airport. It is within easy walking distance to the sea, and has a wide variety of shops nearby. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of storage space. The breakfast was very good and I particularly liked the fact that you could get your breakfast from 0730 hours. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English - it was much better than my limited Spanish. When I come back to Alicante, I will again book...

"Nice hotel, but be aware it’s a very noisy area of town, with a lot of noise through to around 4am. The Junior Suite was lovely, but there’s no door to separate the toilet, so it’s quite strange going to the toilet “in your bedroom”. Parking very restricted, and the hotel garage was really tight access. Stick to a Fiat 500 and you’ll be ok. "

"Check in was fast and friendly. I booked a double room for single use with breakfast . Room 420. The room was large, spotless and had a nice bathroom. Sadly, the drink’s fridge was locked so couldn’t store any cool drinks and there is no kettle for tea and coffee. ( I always carry my own so no problem there ). "Really good quality apartments kept in really good condition. The welcome pack with tea coffee and water was a bonus as we arrived at night. Specious with everything you might need and walking distance to a large supermarket and the beach. Our particular apartment was on the ground floor and the balcony did not get any sun, but that was the only minor issue."

"This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"
