"Amazing location, very close to the beach and within reach of the centre of Denia (40 minute walk / 5 min car journey) with lots of amenities close by. The apartment is in a lovely complex with a great pool and lots of trees / green area where my children enjoyed playing. The outside space is perfect because it opens straight out onto this but is set further back from the main road than the other apartments. We will definitely return when in Denia!"

"Great villa in a great location. A five minute walk to the beach or a 8-10 minutes into town, but a lovely quiet location still in a not densely packed area. Villa was great too, good size rooms and spacious living area. On top of that, Nieves the host was great and easy communications. Swiftly arranged for air con to be fixed after a warm first night and promptly replaced a hair dryer that decided to break. Would stay here again! "

Nice quiet location, close enough to local town & Oliva, but do need a car. Only slight negatives were: irregular wifi & no parking onsite, parking is diagonally opposite within a community leisure/sports centre car park. There was however, no problem parking there. "Lovely villa, very private even though surrounded by others. Was ideal for the family & we made very good use of the outdoor heated pool.Loved the area and the town of Javea. Even in March there was plenty going on with many good restaurants to choose from. "

"It is a very nice house with tree bedrooms a nice living and a kitchen with everything what you need. The garden is well maintained and there is a very nice swimming pool. On colder nights there is good central heating . The house is on a very nice location with al the beautifull miradors close by, some even in walking distance. There is a good welcome book with a lot of information."

"The property is beautifully laid out, with access to separate bedrooms if needed out of the main building around the pool area (for grandparents, or teenagers, for late night swims. maybe). Spacious sitting and dining areas, lovely kitchen and separate utility room, 3 bathrooms, lots of towels and spotlessly clean on arrival. "Paula the host was amazing, super helpful and communicative. We arrived late at night and she was at the home to meet us. She left us a welcome pack with wine, bread, cheese, ham, butter and this was so unexpected. The home is even better than the photos. The view is breathtaking and everything is close. We had a car, but walked to the town and el portet as the scenery is so beautiful, you don’t want to miss it. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The BBQ area is also perfect...

"16 day break for family inc grandparents, parents and adult grandchildren. Outstanding villa with all amenities on site. Plenty of room to just relax by the pool. Great location for visiting Xabia, Denia, Moraira, Calpe and beyond. Property manager (Gus) was very attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend."
