"I loved the hotel, it was beautiful. The staff were very helpful taking my mobility scooter backwards and forwards tonthe parking area. However i was disappointed and surprised that i had to pay €6 a day to park my scooter at the hotel and was not permitted to have in the hotel itself which was difficult to manage as i have very limited mobility and found it very difficult walking around such a large hotel without it."

"Property was quite tired in places and not brilliantly laid out with accommodation across three towers and maybe 15 floors. Only four bedrooms per floor so you spend an inordinate amount of time waiting for lifts which are slow and very wobbly. We got stuck in one on one day but staff came relatively quickly to get us out. There’s lots on with some form of entertainment every couple of hours. Drinks are very generously poured. Food was ok. "A great resort spot to enjoy the sun of Spain away from the chaos of Benidorm. Modern updated amenities made it very comfortable. We stayed in a Casita that was grouped with a few others around a pool so it felt private but didn't have a long isolated walk. Staff were all helpful and friendly."

"This was such a suprise hotel - we didn’t realise it had just been open 3 months. Very high standard hotel from the rooms to the public spaces… and the food was excellent. Big call out to Ruben the night manager who was welcoming when we arrived after midnight after a long drive from Biarritz and couldn’t do enough for us. All the staff were equally helpful and bright. We will be back every year…"
