"Had a nice long weekend stay here 14/2 - 17/2/25. Room was nice (wish I'd got a room on a higher floor for the views!). The hotel was busy with older guests, so not noisy. I spent most of my time out and about, anyway! Special shout out to Minh on reception for helping me out with my airport transfer issue. The bus transfer advice was very helpful... you're a star!"

"A great resort spot to enjoy the sun of Spain away from the chaos of Benidorm. Modern updated amenities made it very comfortable. We stayed in a Casita that was grouped with a few others around a pool so it felt private but didn't have a long isolated walk. Staff were all helpful and friendly."

"I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. "Property was quite tired in places and not brilliantly laid out with accommodation across three towers and maybe 15 floors. Only four bedrooms per floor so you spend an inordinate amount of time waiting for lifts which are slow and very wobbly.
