"Great that you can combine a stay at the hotel with free spa access. Despite seeing reviews which say that the staff are unhelpful and offhand we found that the reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area . The breakfast was varied and of a decent quantity and the Spa is an experience worth having ! "

"The hotel was very pleasant, rooms were good and clean. The breakfast was nice as well. For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it. There wasn't very much nearly so was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc. We paid for spa access, didn't realise we needed a swim hat so had to purchase them at reception. The spa was okay but not the best standards - a little 'thrown together' with broken shower trays and the hot tub...

"No idea how this has a 3 star rating - run down dirty hotel tried to give us a room that had not been cleaned so changed it. We booked for 5 of us - 2 rooms but room was twin and double had to pay extra for extra bed. Would never recommend you stay with children more like hotel/ rent room by the hour if you know what I mean we were only there 1 night as visiting friends in area but got everyone up extra early next morning to get out.
