"Fantastic property that catered from young to old. It was close enough to town to make activities a breeze, while still feeling secluded enough like we had the country to ourselves. Rooms were great for everyone and plenty of space for all to gather in the living rooms! Would definitely stay again!"

"I like to be as accurate as possible - Older style home on the outside but nicely renovated inside. Access via a short dirt driveway. Nice, tidy gardens and outside furnished nicely for areas to relax in. Listing as described, a couple of minor things need fixing, like the bathroom handrail. Beds were super comfortable and interior furnishings were very nice. Extras such as puzzles and books were a treat for entertainment. "Oasis just outside of Dubbo. Short trip into town. Huge grounds with immaculate lawn and nice pool. House fully stocked with we’ve everything you would ever need. Nice separation of bedrooms for adults and kids making it the perfect family escape. Kids loved the theatre room and the reclining seats! Definitely recommend."

"The house itself was great, in a great spot, very close to the zoo and shops and so lovely on the inside however there were lots of cigarette butts throughout the gardens and grass which is really disappointing as it is a family friendly home. The coffee machine was also not working and unable to use too which wasnt a big deal for us but should be repaired/replaced for the next family to stay. "

"Beautiful house with central heating and plenty of room for the family and dog. Loved the cosy second TV room which could be closed off for the kids. Thoughtful provisions such as laundry detergent pods, coffee, tea, and for those who like cooking- oil, salt/pepper. Well fenced to allow our dog to be left when we went to the zoo. Only suggestion is that for the price paid, perhaps a welcome pack with breakfast items or local food products would have been much appreciated and elevated the...

"Wonderful, wonderful and again wonderful! We had a fabulous weekend staying at Hampton's Cottage in Dubbo. The accommodation is modern, stylish and comfortable with a delightful garden. The hosts had thought of every small detail to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. I can't recommend Hampton's Cottage highly enough."

"The house was the perfect size for our family needs. It had plenty of space and was in a great location. Presentation of the property would be improved with a little more attention to cleaning. The floors, pool, and kitchenware were dirty. Some maintenance is required to the outdoor area / equipment. But, despite these little issues we really did enjoy our stay at this house and would recommend it to others."
