The property has awesome facilities, the pool, playground etc are great for families. The cabin we stayed in not so great,the door was nearly impossible to lock, the shower kept going freezing cold every 30 secs to minute, double bed was so soft as to call it worn out as you sunk in it lol, and generally the cabin looked like it needed a good clean. Normally wouldn't complain much about these issues as we normally stay in more budget accommodation but paid more this trip in hope of a nice stop over for our kids.

We were greeted by lovely reception. We stayed in older cabin studio. The bed were not comfortable. Towels are stained. The aircon was above bed and leaked making bed wet. Location was good, close to shops, zoo and plenty of restaurants across the road. Small kitchenette comes handy.

We stayed in the family budget cabin and we’re a little disappointed with the condition of the cabin with needing a refurb of kitchen cupboards, bathroom water damage on floor and general cleanliness. My partners allergies really flared up staying in this cabin for some reason, possibly the dust around…the blankets also needed a good wash. The pool was in good condition and lots of seating/tables, although the water was too cold for the kids to swim in and enjoy. They dove in and out and didn’t go back in. They enjoyed the jumping pillow and basketball court. Ok for a quick pit stop and maybe the non budget cabins are in better knick but wouldn’t want to stay any longer.

The so called motel unit was one of the worst accommodation bookings I have ever made. Approached reception counter after unlocking the unit re the bathroom sliding door that had obvious issues for some time, evidence that the door had been faulty for some time. A staff member attended to remove the guide at the bottom to help with door operation, still could not fully close. Fridge had a missing base mount, missing door sleeves, opened from the wrong side. Fire blanket missing, no bed lamps at all. Absolutely the worst booking I have ever experienced through any agency, giving this one a generous 2 star, even though the bathroom had obviously been renovated. Have taken photos of the room for evidence. If it was a $60 room, I could understand.😡

There should be a sensor light outside the cabin. My husband fell on the steps in the dark which would have spoilt our holiday.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Had the heater on ready for us! Lovely warm shower and cosy beds. Overall, the property is a bit aged and worn but I think for the price is quite reasonable. The kids really enjoyed the play equipment.
