The house was so lovely. Beds were comfortable and the backyard space was calming. Just a delight to stay here and would stay here again if I visit London again."

"There was no clear communication on how to get into the property. I did ask 24 hours before arriving and it took multiple calls email and texts after we arrived to get a response. The stove top cooker needed to be repaired as it was not working, there was no hot water for the entire 5 days i was there and there is no clothes dryer. We searched the entire property inside and out. I did get a reimbursement for the inconvenience but it was still very disappointing."

"I recently stayed at this house with friends and family. In total, we were 8 adults and 7 children ranging from 1-15 years old. It is a very big and comfortable house. It is in need of some TLC, the decoration is old but that is shown in the photos and reflected in the price. The heated indoor pool was amazing and saved our holiday as it was raining most days we were there. There were also many inflatables in the pool which was a nice touch. "Wonderful property. Suited our needs perfectly for a group of 10 teens and 4 adults. The bedroom configuration was a clincher as it meant each person had their own bed. Only 10mn walk to the train station, 30mn into centre of London. High street just a walk around the corner. Fabulous property and we are very happy with our choice"

"Property seemed nice on arrival but very basic kitchen utensils etc, dodgy fridge, dirty bathroom with hairs on floor, sides and a collection within the bath plug hole... The bath itself also was not very inviting and requires updating or atleast the shower unit. No hot tub although it clearly states on the advert itself and on all my booking correspondents.. "It was advertised that this was an 8 minute walk to the tube station when in actuality it was 30 minutes. That was our main criteria for choosing this VRBO. The owner was a nice man. Suggestions I have are to install some mirrors near where outlets are located so hair can be done easier and replace toaster that does not work. Also, we left without knowing what to do for check out. A folder with information on appliances, wifi access, local conveniences, emergency numbers and check out...

"We really enjoyed our stay, the wood fired hot tub worked surprisingly well and was quite quick, the kitchen was well stocked with pots pans utensils etc. There was a dehumidifier to control the moisture and it really helped dry our swimwear. The adirondack chairs in the morning sun were great for breakfast and the internet was very fast. Bathroom was bit small for two tall people but c'est la vie, the shower was surprisingly great 👍"

Whilst the carpets upstairs look new and the bedding and towels were also new the house is in need of some attention. The kitchen was not very clean also the cooker and fridge were not good.
