"We were able to upgrade our room to a balcony with ocean view and it was well worth the $25/day fee, we got there early in the day and were able to use all facilities while waiting for check in. Lots of bars and restaurants walking distance from hotel. In hotel Restaurants could use a better menu but overall we enjoyed our long weekend away from the cold back home. "

"I booked this property for the transfers from airport and to cruise port. Jet Blue delayed the flight 4 times that left us arriving after 1:00am. Staff stayed at hotel until we arrived via taxi. Shuttle to cruise ship went without a hitch. Room was good, but other guests were too loud and kept us awake most of the night. Should have booked a QUIET ROOM "
