"Staff were excellent. Kinda in the middle of a multi use area. Close to Old Mill area - needed a short ride to get to Old Town "

"Check in was great Larry the server was wonderful! I was disappointed that we could not use our balcony as it had a closed. We also went down to use the pool that is typically heated, and it was cold and hot tub was out of order. It would’ve been nice to know that we were not able to use some of the amenities that we purposely stayed there to use."

"The location is easy to get to and has a river view from one side of the complex. That said it’s above the river on a hill a little bit away so it’s not right outside your patio. Still pleasant though. The rooms are quite spacious and the gas fireplace is cozy. There is staff on hand during business hours to check you in but the doors are locked after that and you’ll need your key card to gain access. "

"I have stayed at the Oxford a few times, and the excellent service and accommodations are very consistent. Check-in is always very efficient, which I appreciate because traveling can be exhausting and it’s nice to finally get to our room after a day of traveling. The location couldn’t be better, as you are in the middle of the best of Downtown Bend. The public parking lot is adjacent to the hotel, which often (by luck) is free. We visit Bend often and I always look forward to staying at The...
