"The staffing and service was excellent, but I think two people should provide service at the front desk. The person who assisted us was very busy but maintained professionalism, patience and friendliness even with a line going to the door. Would definitely stay here again. Clean rooms, clean bedding, very quiet. Coffee in the room was a plus. Liked the black-out shades. "

"I enjoyed my stay. Easy walk to the Boardwalk. Restaurants and fast food close by as well as a convenience store. All within walking distance. The room itself was clean. The bed was very comfortable. A/C worked great. Not bad morning coffee in the lobby area. "

"If you’re looking for a very new hotel, this is not it. However, this is a classic silicone valley early days hotel beautiful grounds great location great price and unlike new hotels, you can actually open the windows - most rooms have sliding glass doors with patios, which I really like. Bathrooms are small with cramped shower stalls but here again it’s a really cool property with a lot of character - for example, I picked some loquats apricots and oranges on property! Great for a business traveler during the week like myself when no kids are around because the walls are thin so it would be tough if there are families traveling here. Los Gatos Lodge please bring back the chef you had before Covid!!"

"First time at your hotel. It is fresh, clean, and convenient to our favorite restaurant... Original Joe's. It is also close to the 280 on/off ramps. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Very accommodating amenities and staff."

"Hotel appears to have been recently updated with a pleasing color palette. Room was clean and comfortable. I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the airport and the shuttle service as I had an early morning flight to catch. The shuttle driver was on time and everything went smoothly."
